Refund and Returns

Refund and Return Policy:

Again, your satisfaction is guaranteed here. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure your delivery perfectly. In dealing with highly perishable products, if in case anything go wrong, you bring up a concern or complaint, we will always listen and resolve the issue as quick as possible. Our customer service staff are trained to respond to concerns and can decide on an appropriate course of action for you on the spot.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refund (Minus Service Charge):
    If you cancel your order 5 days before the delivery date, you will receive a full refund after deducting a service fee of US$15 or 10% of the order amount, whichever is higher.

  • 50% Refund:
    If cancellation is made 3 days before the delivery date, 50% of the total order amount will be refunded.

  • No Refund:
    If the order is canceled less than 3 days before delivery, no refund will be provided.

  • Refund Processing Time:
    All approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Return & Replacement Policy

If you are not satisfied with the delivered item for a valid reason, we can arrange a replacement provided that the recipient returns the item in its original condition within 3 working days. (Please note: returns are eligible for replacement only — no refunds for returned items.)

We will replace the item free of charge if you notify us within 24 hours of delivery in any of the following cases:

  • The item delivered is faulty

  • The item was damaged during transit

  • The item received was incorrect and does not match the order
